Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Interactive Creation is a brand of Magic Media & Entertainment Group Ltd ("Magic Media", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through theinteractivecreation.com, why, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Magic Media & Entertainment Group Ltd, Landscape House, Baldonnell Business Park, Baldonnell, Dublin 22, D22 P3K7, Ireland.
For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, email privacy@magicmedia.studio.
What we collect and why
When you contact us. If you send us a form or an email, we receive what you give us: usually your name, email address, company, phone number and your message. We use it to answer you and, if you ask about our services, to discuss working together. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
When you browse the site. Our hosting provider processes technical data (IP address, browser, the page requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you.
Bot protection. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person. It processes technical data about your browser for that purpose only. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping spam and abuse out of our forms.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools that track you.
Who else receives your data
We share personal data only with companies that process it for us under contract, and within the Magic Media group where that is needed to handle your request:
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting and visit statistics
- Sanity AS: storage of form submissions
- Resend: sending confirmation and notification emails
- Slack Technologies: notifying our team of new submissions
- Cloudflare Inc.: bot protection
Some of these companies are based outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to working together.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, and to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what was done before. Email privacy@magicmedia.studio and we will answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie), or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
